Well-known to the INSIGHT ConneX community, Jim is the author of Leader by Accident: Lessons in Leadership, Loss and Life, to be released in October by Morgan James Publishing.
When an unthinkable tragedy rocked the local community, Jim unexpectedly found himself in a challenging leadership position for an organization whose future was very much in doubt. That experience generated a wealth of leadership lessons and fueled a later journey into entrepreneurship.
